ROSES-24 F.7 Support for Open-Source Tools, Frameworks, and Libraries (OSTFL) solicits proposals for the improvement and sustainment of existing high-value, open-source tools, frameworks, and libraries that have significantly impacted the SMD science community. The program element seeks to support two types of awards:
Proposals for Foundational Awards, require an Inclusion Plan, see Section 3.4.

ROSES-2024 Amendment 3 releases final text and due dates for F.7 OSTFL, which had been listed as “TBD”. Notices of intent are requested by May 3, 2024, and proposals are due June 7, 2024. Questions concerning F.7 OSTFL may be directed to Steven Crawford and Demitri Muna at [email protected].
